Shipping & Returns

Returns
We have a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery. All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for shipping and insurance to return the product to our warehouse. All returned products must be new, unused and in the original packaging.

Warranty Claims
Any product that is found to be defective and under a manufacturer's warranty should be shipped back to our warehouse. If the product is defective and eligible for a warranty claim we will replace the product and ship it to you free of charge (continental US only). If the original product is no longer available we will replace it with a similar product or allow a store credit in the amount of the original purchase price. Bowling balls drilled by our pro shop will be drilled at no charge, but drilling charges by other pro shops are not reimbursable.
